How to Proceed
Getting Started
- Think about what kind of hardscape you would like to have constructed. Many people find it useful to create a file (either on the computer or in a good old paper file folder) for things like photos of landscapes, stone work, hardscapes they admire, notes on dimensions, ideas about functionality, find a copy of your plot plan (given to you when you purchased the property) this will help us determine what, if any, easements, setbacks, etc… may exist that can impact the design of your project.
- Have your "folder of ideas" ready and a copy of your "property plot plan" that you got when you purchased your property. Having a copy of your plot plan helps us prepare a more accurate proposal/design and have it back to you more quickly.
- If you are a member of a homeowners' association, determine whether you need approval for the project and how to apply for it.
- Now you're ready for the actual estimate in person. Please fill out the following form or call our office to schedule an appointment (314) 842-8200.
